 Add Item: click this button to add a radio
button. You can change the button name by
double-clicking it and entering new
text.

 Remove Item: to remove a button, select it and
click Remove Item.

select it and click Duplicate Item.

radio button, select it and click Move Item Up
or Move Item Down.
